नाभिचक्रे कायव्यूहज्ञानम्॥३०॥

Swami Vivekananda's translation

On the navel circle, (comes) the knowledge of the constitution of the body.

Vyasa Bhashya (Sanskrit)

नाभिचक्रे संयमं कृत्वा कायव्यूहं विजानीयात्। वातपित्त श्लेष्माणस्त्रयो दोषाः। धातवः सप्त त्वग्लोहितमांसस्नाय्वस्थिमज्जाशुक्राणि। पूर्वं पूर्वमेषां बाह्यमित्येष विन्यासः ॥ २९ ॥

Vyasa Bhashya (English Translation)

By making Samyama on the navel chakra, one should know the organization of the body. The three humors (doshas) are vata (wind), pitta (bile), and kapha (phlegm). The seven tissues (dhatus) are skin, blood, flesh, sinew, bone, marrow, and semen. Their arrangement is such that each preceding one is external to the succeeding one. || 29 ||
