- Only when there is effort, mindfulness will become continuous.
- Mindfulness (Sati) Stability of Mind (Samādhi)
- Only when mindfulness is continuous, stability of mind will become established.
- Stability of Mind (Samādhi) Wisdom (Paññā)
- Only when stability of mind is established, you will start understanding things as they are.
- Wisdom (Paññā) Faith & Confidence (Saddhā)
- When you start understanding things as they are, faith will grow stronger.
