Invocation

Sanskrit

अनिरोधमनुत्पादमनुच्छेदमशाश्वतम्। अनेकार्थमनानार्थमनागममनिर्गमम्॥

यः प्रतीत्यसमुत्पादं प्रपञ्चोपशमं शिवम्। देशयामास संबुद्धस्तं वन्दे वदतां वरम्॥

anirodhamanutpādamanucchedamaśāśvatam | anekārthmanānārthmanāgammanirgamam ||

yaḥ pratītyasamutpādaṁ prapañcopaśamaṁ śivam | deśayāmāsa saṁbuddhastaṁ vande vadatāṁ varam ||

Translation

I salute the Perfect Buddha, the best of all teachers, who taught the dependent origination, the peaceful calming of all mental proliferation—without cessation and without arising, without annihilation and without permanence, without oneness and without manifoldness, without coming and without going.
